Using Australian Whisky from our own Distillery Whisky is matured in charred oak barrels to deliver a truly unique bold flavour profile . Rounded malt like flavours and the rich honey characters are evident on the palate, with toasty oak and somewhat oily nuttiness to the finish. Toasty Oak aromas with hints of sweet Apera notes and complex Vanilla are intertwined with floral and fruity nuances.
