We start with the purest Barley on earth from South Australia. The Barley is naturally low yielding whichmakes it highly prized for its slower maturity which leads to adepth of flavour. Working with local artisan Coopers, our Whisky undergoes meticulous aging in charred oak barrels, imparting a unique symphony of wood and fire notes. In traditional Lunar New Year celebrations, the Horse represents a time of action and progress, where bold decisions and adventurous spirits are often rewarded.
