Inspired by the Snake's pursuit of refinement, this exceptional Whisky has been brought to life through our distiller's art of mastery plus patience. Starting with the selection of the finest Australian barley, grown on Australia's Kangaroo Island. Known for it's abundant wildlife and pristine waters, it is arguably one of the worlds best places to grow and produce.

To represent the wood element of the 2025 Year of the Snake, our Whiskey has been meticulously aged in charred oak barrels to impart a beautiful depth of flavour, underpinned by wood and fire noted. To add furthe complexity, we have curated a selection of prestigious Galway Pipe Tawny Casks. Each aged over 15 years, to add richness to the Whiskey.
