Copped pot-distilled gin is first made with a portion of this gin and painstakingly infuse it with a further six botanicals, capturing the vibrant flavours of orange peel, cassia, juniper, coriander, cardamom and clove.

The initial focus is juniper, but the earthier botanicals make themselves known in the initial palate too. Mouthfeel is exceptionally viscous and creamy.
