Adelaide Hills Distillery’s Sunset Gin is inspired by those closing moments in the day that throw panoramic views across the sky. This vision slowly morphs and changes, continually captivating the viewer. Produced in small batches utilising grape spirit, the 78 Degrees Gin is vapour distilled using our unique column and basket distillation method, to retain delicate flavours and aromas.

Water, alcohol, juniper, strawberry gum, bush apple

This gin exhibits notes of fresh red berries, with subtle hints of pine and eucalyptus. Further botanical integration adds depth and complexity, to give the finish great balance and intensity, just like a sunset in some of the remote locations where they are harvested.
