To warm, just heat it up in the microwave for a few seconds, then wait for it to cool a bit so it’s safe to touch: place it wherever you want the cosy heat. For soothing cold therapy, remove outer casing and refrigerate or freeze for at least two hours—make you slip the icy gel bead pack back into the fabric casing before applying to skin.
