Maturing in bourbon barrels before finishing in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks gives this unique single malt aromas of dried fruit, vanilla and chocolate, flavours of espresso and liquorice, with a gentle spice complexity. This release has been matured patiently on the wild County Antrim coast.

COLOUR Golden copper NOSE Enticingly rich and sweet aromas of warm vanilla, dried fruits mingled with dark chocolate, honey and sweet spice delighted the senses. TASTE A velvety and smooth mouth feel. Hints of clove, dates, raisins and figs followed by espresso and liquorice before developing into vanilla sweetness, chocolate and subtle hints of cinnamon. A truly delightful experience for the palate. FINISH An unmistakable finish of dried fruit, vanilla, gentle spice and treacle toffee sweetness lingering.
