The fruit was sourced from two vineyards: one at Maragle at 450 metres above sea level, and the other at Courabyra at 750 metres above sea level. This is an expressive pinot noir that displays intensity and lifted aromas of red cherries, currants and clovey spice. The palate is concentrated in bright red fruits, dark plum and warm spices, with smooth acidity and good structure, embedded in silky, plush tannins. All follows through with great length and richness in flavour.
