Hibiki 30 year old is the paragon of the art of Japanese craftsmanship. Only a few thousand bottles are produced a year using selected 30 year or older Yamazaki malt whiskies from Suntory's treasured historic collection. These are painstakingly blended with mild grain whiskies that have matured at least 30 years. Because there are only a few, each one is bottled by hand.
