Colour – Full crimson red Aroma – Classy blackcurrant fruit, ripe wild berries and brooding dark fruits with a hint of olive rounded out by complex yet subtle cedar oak. Palate – Wonderful full bodied Cabernet structure and texture with impressive intensity complimented with classic regional fine grained tannins and great length. Aged for 20 months in new and seasoned French and American oak.
