Wet slate, mineral and citrus rind with the classic brown lime undertones, a glass rod-like flow through the palate and a long, clean finish. Mineral, fresh lime juice and lemon rind dominate the pallet with white florals and orange blossom in the mix. Clare Riesling in its most classic form.
