It is a little Topsy Turvy to be making ice wine in the Southern Hemisphere in the height of an Australian summer but Kellermeister love doing things a little differently so they hand picked the ripe fruit into baskets, soft froze it in a large chiller and then gently pressed out the luscious concentrated goodness to make this decadent dessert wine.
