Scotch Whisky, (distilled water from malted barley), water
Colour: Natural antique ruby gold. Nose: Dark chocolate and menthol with pink peppercorns, toasted peaches, charred marshmallows and a hint of plum jam. Palate: Honey-sweet with 'medicinal' smoke. Finish: Mouth-warming and mouth coating with a lip-smacking lingering finish. Maturation: Aged in first-fill Bourbon barrels then finished in ex-ruby Port casks.
