Last Horizon is a culmination of Adrian Sparks’ passion for cool climate viticulture. Predominantly comprising of single vineyard wines from Tasmania, illustrating the unique micro climates of each region. The Tamar Valley wines are fruit driven and relatively approachable in their youth whilst the cooler climate of the Southern Tasmanian wines are more tightly structured, elegant and built for longer term cellaring.

Medium red purple with crimson hues in colour. Bright red cherry, strawberry and raspberry fruits with forest floor fruit aromas supported by elegant spicy French oak on the nose. Lovely intense red fruits, alluring silky tannins and well-handled sweet oak combine to give a wine of disarming freshness, elegance, complexity and most importantly length on the palate. Try with Falafel with pomegranite yoghurt.
