Semillon

Colour: Gold with Amber hues. Aroma: Intense dried Apricot, marmalade and lemon meringue aromas. Crème brulee, almond and biscuity characters show through. Palate: Intense flavours of lemon marmalade, dried apricot and toast dominate. Excellent complexity and length derived from high quality french oak in highlighted, with an excellent balance of sugar and acidity providing weight and length. An elegant example of Riverina Botrytis Semillon with freshness and vibrancy of fruit.
