The Parish Vineyard sits below the imposing Mount Lord, 30kms north east of Hobart. This wine was hand-picked from part of a small 3 hectare block of mature Riesling vines.

A long spine of slaty acidity balanced by textured complexity, falvours of feijoa and grapefruit and aromas of tea rose, cumquat and ocean spray. It's hard to see past the perfect food match of freshly shucked Tasmanian Oysters.
