Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz

Medium-deep crimson. Fresh herb and inky tobacco aromas with cranberry, red liquorice and pepper notes. Medium concentrated with inky red liquorice, chinotto, cranberry and redcurrant flavours, fine bittersweet tannins and marked acidity. A lovely mature vintage with a sturdy structure. 80 percent shiraz and 20 percent cabernet sauvignon.
