St Hugo wines are crafted from the finest parcels of fruit from Coonawarra and the Barossa Valley. These fine Australian red wines are lauded for their depth, intensity and ability to age gracefully. Matured separately in 53% new French oak and 21% new American oak and the balance in used oak for 19 months, this wine is beautifully balanced, with excellent structure and length typifying the St Hugo Heritage of power and elegance.

Shiraz

Colour - Dense purple with vibrant crimson hues. Nose - Classic Barossa Shiraz, with a heady and a complex mix of blackberry, plum and spice aromas which unfold over time in the glass. Palate - Bold, dark, ripe fruit with a savoury edge. Elegant fine tannins are felt across the palate and the subtle oak influence yields vanilla, cedar and charry notes on the finish.
