Medium to deep straw in colour with a fresh green gold hue, the House of Arras Brut Elite 701 retains a brilliant clarity and an ultra-fine and persistent bead. Lifted aromas of toast, sautéed mushroom and nougat are apparent on the nose. The palate is rich and generous with great complexity that includes nuances of honey, truffle, tallow and lychee. There is a perfect balance of flavour, sugar, tannin and acidity resulting in a wine of great expression.
