2.参与条件：
本次优惠活动仅面向在活动当地的中国大陆实名认证用户参与,（指付款支付宝账户通过中国大陆身份证实名认证并绑定中国大陆手机号），且使用支付宝10.3.10及以上版本的个人用户参与。同一用户活动期间有一（1）次参与本活动的机会，其中同一身份证号、同一支付宝账号、同一手机号码、同一设备终端，满足以上任一条件均视为同一用户。为确认领券的用户资格并预防账号、设备或银行卡被盗用的风险，支付宝保留暂停或永久停止向相关账号发放优惠奖励的权利。
3.参与方式：
活动期间内， 用户使用（i）支付宝APP在参与活动的商户线下扫描二维码或（ii）在支付宝APP惠出境内领取满额立减代金券（“代金券”）。领券后在参与活动的澳大利亚线下指定实体店使用支付宝扫码支付单笔金额满人民币2000元即可立减人民币88元
4.参与范围：
代金券仅限在澳大利亚实体店且仅限以人民币以外的货币结算的门店使用，以店内收银台及货架宣传材料为准，具体门店如下：澳大利亚Heinemann Tax & Duty Free 悉尼国际机场Lark收银台专属。
5.优惠内容：具体代金券金额数量如下：
1张支付宝支付单笔金额满人民币2000元立减人民币88元代金券（领券后在参与活动的商户使用支付宝支付单笔金额大于等于人民币2000元时，系统会自动抵扣人民币88元），共计2000份，数量有限，先到先得，用完即止。代金券在支付金额大于等于代金券要求消费门槛时会自动抵扣，代金券不可拆分使用；代金券不可以与其他代金券叠加使用，如产生退款或者退货情况，代金券不退不补；代金券、红包有效期、使用范围等详见券规则页（支付宝APP首页—卡包—券）。
6.其他说明：
6.1.本规则所提及之金额均为人民币，消费金额以支付宝客户端账单实际付款金额为准。
6.2.代金券不能转让或兑换现金或产品，不可拆分使用，代金券不可以与其他优惠券、代金券叠加使用，不得转赠别人，不得提现；如产生退款或者退货，代金券不退不补。代金券有效期、使用范围等详见券规则页（支付宝APP首页—卡包—券），代金券逾期未使用将自动失效。
6.3.在领取和使用代金券过程中，如用户存在或涉及违规行为（如洗钱、作弊领取、恶意套现、刷取信誉、虚假交易、侵犯他人合法权益、发布违法违规内容等），主办方有权取消用户的代金券使用资格，并有权采取撤销违规交易，收回代金券（含已使用的代金券及未使用的代金券）等处置措施，必要时追究法律责任。

6.6. 如出现不可抗力或情势变更的情况（如自然灾害、活动受有权机关指令需要停止举办或调整的、系统故障需要暂停举办），则主办方可依相关法律法规的规定主张免责。
6.7. 本活动由蚂蚁国际商业（上海）有限公司举办（“主办方”）。
6.8.在法律法规许可的范围内，主办方可以根据本活动的实际举办情况对活动规则进行变动或调整，相关变动或调整将公布在活动页面上，公布后依法生效。
7.其他：支付宝中国钱包将仅适用于位于活动当地的已经成功申请了支付宝中国钱包、持有中国大陆身份证并具有中国大陆住址的中国籍公民，并非适用于在活动当地的其他人员。支付宝中国和支付宝中国钱包不由境外游目的地的金融管理等机构进行监管。
1. Promotion Duration: From 1 June 2026, 00:00:00 to 31 July, 2026, 23:59:59 (local time in Australia ).
2. Participation Eligibility: This promotion is only available to users who are verified with their real-name registration in mainland China and who participate in the event locally (referring to users whose payment Alipay account is authenticated with a mainland China ID and linked to a mainland China mobile phone number). Users must use Alipay version 10.3.10 or above. Each user has one (1) opportunity to participate in this event during the event period. Any of the following criteria—same ID number, same Alipay account, same mobile number, same device terminal—will be considered as the same user. To confirm the eligibility of users to claim coupons and to prevent risks of account, device, or bank card theft, Alipay reserves the right to suspend or permanently stop issuing promotional rewards to related accounts.
3. Participation Method: During the event period, users can (i) scan the QR code at the offline physical stores of participating merchants using the Alipay APP, or (ii) receive discount vouchers (“vouchers”) through the Alipay APP for eligible transactions. After claiming the vouchers, Users can enjoy an RMB 88 discount when paying with Alipay for a single transaction of RMB 2,000 or above at the Heinemann International Lark checkout counters.
4. Scope of Participation: Vouchers are only valid for use at Heinemann International Lark checkout counters in Sydney where transactions are settled in currencies other than RMB, as indicated by in-store cash registers and promotional materials.
5. Discount Details: The specific voucher amounts are as follows: One voucher offering RMB 88 off for a single transaction of RMB 2,000 or more when paying with Alipay. The above offers are only applicable at designated stores.
There are a total of 2,000 vouchers available, and they are limited in quantity; once they are gone, they will no longer be available. The discount can be claimed once, and the actual number is subject to the activity page. The voucher will be automatically deducted when the payment amount meets the required threshold, and vouchers cannot be split for use. Vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers; in case of refunds or returns, vouchers will not be refunded or compensated. • Other Provisions:
6.1. The amounts mentioned in this rule are all in RMB, and the consumption amount is based on the actual payment amount in the Alipay client bill.
6.2. Vouchers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or split for use. Vouchers cannot be combined with other coupons or vouchers and cannot be gifted or withdrawn. In case of refunds or returns, vouchers will not be refunded or compensated. For the validity period, usage scope, and other details of the vouchers, please refer to the voucher rules page (Alipay APP homepage—Card Bag—Vouchers). Vouchers will automatically expire if not used by the deadline.
6.3. During the process of claiming and using the vouchers, if users engage in or are involved in any illegal activities (such as money laundering, fraudulently claiming, malicious cashing out, boosting reputation, false transactions, infringing on others' legitimate rights and interests, posting illegal or non-compliant content, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to cancel the user's eligibility to use the vouchers and to revoke any transactions deemed fraudulent, reclaim vouchers (including those already used and those not yet used), and take legal action if necessary.

6.6. In cases of force changes in circumstances (such as natural disasters, orders from competent authorities to suspend or adjust the event, system failures requiring suspension), the organizer may claim exemption from liability according to relevant laws and regulations.
6.7. Organizer: This event is organized by Shanghai Ant Group Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Organizer”).
6.8. Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, the organizer may modify or adjust the event rules based on the actual conditions of the event. Any changes or adjustments will be published on the event page and will take effect upon publication.
6.9. Other: The Alipay China Wallet will only apply to Chinese citizens who have successfully applied for the Alipay China Wallet, hold a mainland China ID, and have a residence in mainland China. It does not apply to other individuals in Australia. Alipay China and Alipay China Wallet are not regulated by financial management agencies of overseas travel destinations.
