Can I purchase Click & Collect at Heinemann?

Yes, passengers can purchase Click & Collect items from up to 30 days to as short as 24 hours before their flight. Items can be collected at the stores' collection points, both in arrivals and departures stores.

What are the conditions for using the Click & Collect service?

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age. 
  2. You will need a valid flight ticket with flight number and departure date
  3. You may only order for your own requirements and in your own name. You cannot combine your order with a travel companion to increase your allowance limits. 
  4. There is no minimum or maximum order quantity or value on orders, as long as the purchase quantity fits within the limits of your transiting or final destination.
  5. Passengers traveling to European Union destinations through Singapore cannot carry duty-free liquids, aerosols, and gels (LAGs) purchased from previous airports.

How to place a ‘Click & Collect’ order?

  1. Visit the website and select your departing or arriving airport. 
  2. Add desired products to your shopping cart.
  3. Login (for returning registered customers) or create a user account (for first-time customers) to proceed to checkout. 
  4. Enter payment details and flight information.
  5. Review your order, and once it's confirmed, you will receive the confirmation email.
  6. Collect your purchase from the Heinemann stores at the airport on your travel date, bringing along your passport, boarding pass, and credit card details. 

Where do I collect the order I placed online?

Collection Points per Store: 
  • SYD International Airport T1 Departures: The 'Collection Point' counter is located within the Cashier section of the Liquor department, near Gates 8-10. 
  • SYD International Airport T1 Arrivals: The ‘Collection Point’ counter is located at the front of the store. 
  • OOL Gold Coast International Airport Departures: The ‘Collection Point’ counter is located at the Cashier counter. 
  • OOL Gold Coast International Airport Arrivals: The ‘Collection Point’ counter is located at the Cashier counter. 
  • SYD Domestic Airport T2 (Jetstar, Virgin, Rex) Arrivals & Departures: The ‘Collection Point’ counter is located at the Cashier counter. 
  • SYD Domestic Airport T3 (Qantas) Arrivals & Departures: The ‘Collection Point’ counter is located at the Cashier counter. 
Alternatively, please contact our friendly staff once arriving at the store, and they will point you in the right direction towards the Collection Point. Please make sure to have your order confirmation, credit card used for the transaction, passport, and boarding pass ready for collection.

How and where do I receive an invoice?

An order confirmation will be emailed to you once the checkout process is complete. Upon collecting your order at the airport, you will receive an invoice in the form of a receipt. This invoice is your proof of purchase.

What should I do if my flight date or gate has changed since the time I placed the order?

Why can’t I order a product online that I saw in your airport shop?

Our product range between the physical store and the online store might differ. If you wish to inquire about a specific product you saw in the store, but it's not available online, please contact the Customer Service team via email at service@heinemann.com.au.

Do I have to pay tax (GST) or duty on the goods ordered?

For Heinemann stores at International airports:  No, all our sales for international flights are tax and duty-free. 

For Heinemann stores at Domestic airports: Yes, Goods and services tax (GST) is a tax of 10% on most goods, services and other items sold or consumed in Australia. 

Can I redeem coupons and vouchers online?

All coupons and vouchers can only be redeemed in-store and not for online purchases.
