What is ‘Shop & Collect’?

Purchase before your flight and collect upon your return.
 
Our ‘Shop & Collect’ is a Free of Charge service that allows you to shop, go on your trip, and then collect your items upon your return.  There are three main advantages to this service:
  • Eliminates the hassle of carrying your purchases during your round trip because we will keep your purchased items, and these will be ready for pickup at a collection point in Arrivals stores when you return. 
  • Our product range in Departures stores might differ from our product range in Arrivals stores. If you don’t want to miss out on the product you saw in Departures, this is the way to go. 
  • It is completely free.
To use this service, simply inquire about it with our friendly staff in any of our airport departures stores. They will collect your trip details and will prepare your items in advance.

What are the conditions for using the Shop & Collect service?

For International Purchases:

  1. Customers must return to the same airport from which they traveled to pick up their purchases.
  2. Customers must be of legal age for purchasing liquor or tobacco products, and they must adhere to the Arrivals allowances for liquors and tobacco.

For Domestic Purchases:

  1. Customers can pick up their orders from an alternative terminal, as long as they inform the team about their returning terminal. However, please note that picking up from different airports is not allowed. (For example, you cannot shop at Gold Coast domestic airport and collect at Sydney domestic airports).
  2. Customers must be of legal age for purchasing liquor products.

What happens if my return date or flight changes?

What if I forgot to collect my purchase?

How can I pay for my purchase(s)?

When shopping in-store, you may pay using cash (AUD, CAD, CNY, EUR, FJD, GBP, HKD, IDR, INR, JPY, MYR, NZD, SGD, THB, USD) or card payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, eftpos, Diners Club, JCB, Union Pay, Alipay, and FX Choice. All card payments are charged in Australia dollars (AUD).
